3.One of the precautions is to check the cooler,filter,pump and oil temperature frequently.Oil temperature should be less than 60 degrees,and high temperature will not be conducive for production.
4.Do check the drainage of the machine regularly.Under the condition of no water or little water content,we should stop the operation for preventing the malfunction.
5.Check the hydraulic pressure of locked cylinder.One of the prerequisites is to adjust the ring state before starting the cone crusher.
6.You should check the abrasion of the parts regularly,especially the liner.It is important to adjust the liner and bolts on the ring.The new liner should be tightened after 24h after the stop should be tightened again..
